This NYC Liquid Eyeliner is my FAVORITE liner in the whole wide world! Always has been and always will be. I know that there are thousands of other brands that make top notch liners but sometimes it’s ok to just stick with what you know!

First of all this eye liner is only about four dollars.. $3.97 if you’re shopping at wally world (Walmart)..

It wears all day without smudging.. I have pretty oily skin and this stuff stays on all day and doesn’t seem to run as long as you put down some kind of powder or concealer on the lids first.  Also comes in waterproof and a pearl black finish.

The brush is simple and easy to control. It has long synthetic hairs tightly packed in so that the brush is stiff and precise but soft enough that the hairs don’t poke and irritate the eyes when applying.

There just isn’t a single complaint I have about this liner. I keep it in my kit as well for freelancing. Sometimes you can find a really great liner but it just isn’t dark enough. A lot of the time I use MAC Blacktrack Fluidline gel liner when I want a really nice cateye, and it gives me the best shape but the black can feel a little dull sometimes, so I’ll layer this liquid liner on top for more intesnsity!
